White House cyber director says more digital executive orders coming ‘soon’
The White House’s national cyber director on Wednesday said U.S. President Donald Trump was set to sign more executive orders on cybersecurity “relatively soon.”
The government released a new cyber strategy last month aimed at bolstering digital security and putting bad guys “on the defensive, rather than sitting and waiting for them to act,” Sean Cairncross said at Semafor World Economy in Washington, DC.
He teased “more execution and action in line with our strategic goals soon.”
