Superior Court of San Joaquin County, Calif., says ‘unauthorized person’ accessed personal information in cybersecurity incident
The Superior Court of San Joaquin said that it experienced a cybersecurity incident last year during which personal information was leaked.
Officials said an unauthorized person accessed court systems from Oct. 25-30, 2024, and copied certain files. The court said personal data exposed includes names and other information.
The court said it is offering one year of complimentary identity protection and credit monitoring services to those who believe their information was affected in the incident.
