Two men face federal charges for allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired Halloween attack in the US – possibly on the scale of the 2015 Paris terror attacks that killed at least 130 people, authorities say.

Mohmed Ali and Majed Mahmoud face charges of “Receiving and transferring, and attempting and conspiring to transfer, firearms and ammunition knowing and having reasonable cause to believe that the firearms and ammunition would be used to commit a Federal crime of terrorism,” according to a criminal complaint.
