Ilona is HackerOne’s Chief Legal and Policy Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Ilona was formerly a senior lawyer to President Obama and served as General Counsel of the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB), where she helped shape the federal government’s cybersecurity policies. Prior to joining HackerOne, Ilona was the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Aledade, a venture-backed health tech company, where she successfully built, scaled, and led the company’s legal and compliance teams. Ilona now brings her extensive experience to HackerOne’s executive leadership team to build out the public policy team, lead the legal function to support the company’s expanded growth, and provide strategic leadership.
